The Willow Creek Gathering is held in the Stavely Arena. It makes for a perfect rural setting, complete with western artifacts such as wagons and saddles. This venue is becoming renowned for its great acoustics, which keep the performers lining up to sign up for the next year.

We are a "partner" with the Cowboy Trail in Alberta and are one of the designated destinations. The town of Stavely has many services available including food, accommodations and a campsite.
There will be dry camping at the gathering venue.

Driving:
The Town of Stavely is located in the Municipal District of Willow Creek #26, in southern Alberta. It is 104 km south of Calgary, 104 km northwest of Lethbridge, and 14.4 km north of Claresholm.

Bus Services:
Regularly scheduled bus service is available from Claresholm or Nanton.

Air Service:
The nearest airport is the Claresholm Industrial Airport, where the longest runway is 930 metres. Commercial and freight services are available at airports in Calgary and Lethbridge.
