All proceeds will go to various non-profit organizations.
Friday night with be the first scheduled feature performance which will
start at 7:00 PM. There will be a designated MC and a variety of poets and
music that will thoroughly entertain you and then it's back to the Open Mic
later on that evening for more good times.
Saturday has a full schedule of events starting with a Cowboy breakfast at 8:00
AM and then performers starting a 9:00 AM. There will be an ongoing silent
auction, a merchandise and display area (from saddles to horse paintings -
something for everyone's taste) a performing artist's merchandise table, day
concession, beverage sales booth, and a variety of other events. Starting at
5:00 PM a scrumptious roast beef dinner with all the trimmings will be
served. After the meal some lucky prize winner will
be the proud owner of a framed Nona Foster print (raffle tickets available
at the Gathering). A live auction with interesting items to bid on will be
held, then the main feature performance of the weekend with some top
entertainers. Saturday will finish with performers and guests having a
stompin' good time around the firepit.
Sunday will offer another cowboy breakfast beginning at 8:00 AM and after
that will be our cowboy church service. This event is one of the more
popular of the weekend and offers a different perspective on being one of
God's faithful servants.
